Farrell STEALS this series
An umbrella falls and the logo changes to the Warner Bros. logo. Featured in Graham Norton and guests: Lady Gaga/Demi Moore/Colin Farrell/Richard Ayoade/Jack Savoretti (2024). He’s impressive.
There’s nothing cartoonish about it
There’s nothing in the character that even hints at Farrell. The NY accent, the swaying and limping, the attitude: you’d swear it was a different person. The amazing prosthetics are very realistic and add to the character. The show is raw and graphic.
It’s a shame
Well written and tense. This is a great counter to Christopher Nolan’s Batman. In fact, I’d say this blows the Marvel line out of the water. I hope there could be a season 2, but I know this is limited.
